GRAND TETONS NATIONAL PARK

My soap box: Grand Tetons is not to be compared with any other park! Many compare it to Glacier NP and we think it's like comparing apples and oranges - it's unique in it's own way. One of our favorite parks because of it's vast diversity in scenery and easy hikes to magnificent views!

Pro Tip One: Before getting started we highlight recommend getting "Gypsy Guide" app for this park. He walks you through step by step and even shares about the history of the park. Pro Tip Two: Don't forget to stop and get your Jr. Ranger book! This book is really fun at this area and the girls had so much fun learning while hiking and traveling around. The girls got to meet one of their favorite Rangers yet, Matt, who took lots of time helping them out. "I'll never forget that guy" -Remy :)
BEST DINNING:

Dornan's : is going down as one of our favorite restaurants of all time!! !If you like wood fire pizza, devious drinks and a view that is like non other - it'll be your favorite too!

Snake River Brewing Co. : Amazing food and drinks, family friendly, fun environment!
WERE TO LODGE: The Lodge at Jackson Hole: We spoiled ourselves this trip staying here. the girls loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool and we loved coming back to an outdoor hot tub, after our days of hiking:) Amazing breakfasts too!
Camping: Jenny Lake Campground , Signal Mountain Campground , Teton Canyon Campground
Easy to Moderate Hikes:

Jenny Lake Trail 7.8 mi You don't have to do the whole thing to experience this lake. You can walk about .8 out and get a beautiful view and experience. The farther you walk around the lake, however, is less people and less traffic. Part of the year there is a ferry you can take cross the lake - $18 Adults $10 kids. This will cut off about 2 miles for the following hikes:
Hidden Falls 1 mi (4.9 mi)
If you take the Ferry over it'll cut off a 4 miles of hiking. These falls are so beautiful and the girls loved climbing around the rocks. Pretty high traffic unless you hit the 'non Ferry' days were you have to hike farther to get there.
Inspiration Point 1.8 mi (8 mi)
Again if you take the Ferry you will have the less milage.

Bradly Lake & Taggart Loop 6.8 mi
Taggart Lake is absolutely breathtaking (Pictured) and to do just that would be a 3.8-mile loop. To do both Bradly Lake & Taggart Lake you are looking at about 6.8 mi. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 31 min to complete.
Phelps Lake 7.0 mi
We haven't done this hike but heard great things. Check out the all trails info here. AMAZING VISTAS:
