This place not only was adorable, the cookies were absolutely amazing!
Random fact: the recepies didn't come directly from Tom's Mom.... Tom's and his friend started this awesome shop and the recipe came from Tom's friends mom.... "Tom's Friends mom" doesn't have the same ring... so hence the name Tom's Mom." You're welcome for this random fact :)
